Food that is old, cold and with dry and rancid ingredients. For breakfast, what's left from dinner is served, uncooked boiled eggs, old and stale pasties, uncooked rice with milk, cereals without milk, fruit left over from the previous day. There is no meat at lunch, but you can smell the barbecue from the neighboring hotels. There is not even a barbecue at dinner in this hotel. At dinner you can sometimes find fish or chicken. There are never buns. Only large, old and dry loaves of bread that everyone puts their hand to cut into slices. There are no drinks in the restaurant. Only water. The chef's attitude is as bad as the so-called restaurant and the food in it. In fact, there is no proper restaurant, like in any hotel. They improvised a small space separated by glass between the reception and the pool and they call it restaurant. No one uses the showers at the pool and almost no one uses the toilets at the pool. There are no cutlery or napkins at the pool bar. So everyone eats so-called pizza and burgers with their hands and wipes their hands on tables and chairs. The hotel is only 2 years old but everything looks 20 years old because they don't clean , don't wash, don't care....

Currently staying at this hotel and I can’t complain. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. The day bad staff are so lovely and friendly. Animation team are the best out of everyone they do so much during the day time and night time get everyone involved. Habibi and his team really are amazing and can’t do enough for you. They are brilliant with the kids and adults. I would highly recommend to come here
